FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control over transport facilities. Proposed mechanism comprises right and left pedal operated in synchronism or out of synchronism, and, at least, one fluid- or air operated circuit connected with actuator activated by, at least, one of said pedals. Actuator comprises only one main cylinder and detector connected by electronic means with central electronic control unit. Detector serves to define distance between pedals while central electronic control unit defines, proceeding from data received from said detector, if it is necessary to activate steering-by-braking function. Braking system with electronic control, said ABS, can incorporate said pedal mechanism.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and safety of control.
