SUBSTANCE: proposed system comprises means to estimate driver's ability to forecast braking. Said ability is defined by comparing time t between accelerator pedal release accompanied with driver's braking effort and reference time T that represents automobile braking parameter and auxiliary brake magnitude. Proposed system allows the driver to select preferable braking procedure.
