FIELD: transport, distribution.

SUBSTANCE: dispenser comprises cylinder 11 with exposed top edge, wine discharge tube 14 communicated with cylinder inner space, valve 15 located at tube center, fluid-tight cover 16 in contact with cylinder inner peripheral surface and having air release opening 16a extending from top to bottom of said cover 16 and plug 17 to stop said air release opening. Cylinder 11 and cover 16 are made of glass. Central area of cylinder bottom top surface is flat. Recessed section 18 to collect dirt, sediment and tartar represents a circle around central section 26. Cylinder bottom lower surface is flat. Wine discharge tube 14 has bottom end on side to be plugged located level with aforesaid flat central section 26.

EFFECT: ruled out wine oxidation and ingress of sediment and tarter into wine.
