SUBSTANCE: invention refers to compounds of formula I 
wherein R1 is specified in a group consisting of hydrogen and linear C1-C3 alkyl; R2 represents hydrogen or methyl; R3 is specified in a group consisting of hydrogen, C1-C2-alkyl and C1-C2-alkoxy, R4 represents C1-C2-alkyl; n represents 0, 1 or 2; and physiologically stable salts of these compounds. The invention also refers to a pharmaceutical composition containing at least one compound of formula (I) and possessing dopamine D3 receptor activity and selectivity to the use of the compounds of formula I for treating the disorders responsive to the effect of dopamine D3 receptor antagonists, and further to a method of treating the disorders responsive to the effect of dopamine D3 receptor antagonists and dopamine D3 agonists that involves administering an effective amount of at least one compound or a physiologically stable acid addition salt of formula I to an individual in need thereof.
EFFECT: there are prepared and described new compounds which can find the application in treating the diseases of the nervous system.
