FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device includes fixed roller 2 connected to scraper 1 and enclosed with scraper wire 3 and fixing assembly 4 of wire 3. Assembly 4 is made in the form of cylindrical boss 5 with cover plate 6. In boss 5 from side surface there milled is groove 10 in the form of acute-angled projection 11 with horizontal platform 12 from upper 13 base of boss 5. Platform 12 is interconnected with through hole 7 in assembly 4 for wire 3. Parallel to the plane of platform 12, axle 16 is inserted in groove 10 and rigidly fixed. Wire 3 is passed through hole 7. Free end 17 of wire 3 is taken to assembly 4 through the same hole 7 from lower 15 base of boss 5, envelopes axle 16 and is pressed with inner side surface of cover plate 6 to inclined surface 14 of groove 10 so that an open loop is formed. The loop end is directed towards base 13 of boss 5. Cover plate 6 of boss 5 fixes end 17 of wire 3 in the achieved position.
