FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: device contains gear motor, lubricating device, vertical rack with assembly for securing to the lubricating device pipe, drum for scraping wire winding, secured on the output shaft of the gearbox, device for tension monitoring of the scraping wire, gland device, scraping device, inductive position sensor of the scraper in the lubricating device, control device. Under the first option the single lifting-lowering block is installed at the top end of the vertical rack. The gear motor and drum are rigidly connected at the lower end of the vertical rack. The control device is secured above the drum. The gearbox by its motor looks from the lubricating device pipe. Under the second option: the single lifting-lowering block is installed at the top end of the first vertical rack. The rack length ensures the block positioning above the gland device. The second vertical rack is installed with the second assembly for connection to the lubricating device pipe. The gear motor and drum secured at its output shaft are rigidly connected at the lower end of the second vertical rack. Above the drum the monitoring device is secured. The gearbox by its motor looks towards the lubricating device pipe and does not touch it.

EFFECT: increased safety of the mechanism operation, improved operation conditions, simplified assemblage, increased quality and degree of cleaning.
