FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises weighing agent 1, which one end is coupled to connection unit towards flexible tractional body 2, while its other end is coupled to cowl 3 shaped as a cone in the specified example. Scraper 4 represents a sleeve 5 with cutting elements 6 fixed on it. Scraper 4 is put on with sleeve 5 to weighing agent 1 so that it can rotate and move along axial axis of weighing agent 1. At ends of weighing agent 1 there are fixed limit stops 7, 8 of sleeve 5 in scraper 4. Scraper 4 is capable of rotational and linear movement. In result during trip operations scraper 4 takes optimal position at weighing agent 1 as stipulated by density of deposits and speed rate of fluid in the tubing string.
EFFECT: reduced probability of emergencies due to improvement in conditions for removal of cut deposits from the rubbing string by reducing dependency of emergencies occurrence on the ratio between speed rate of fluid movement and speed rates of scraper running and retrieving at deposits cutting; improved quality of cleaning.
