SUBSTANCE: shutoff element (1) with housing (5) and hole (6) for attachment of gate valve spindle (7) engaged with threaded insert (8). Housing (5) is connected with form closure to threaded insert (8); housing (5) has seat support (17) stabilising the position of threaded insert (8); at that, threaded insert (8) is fixed in seat support (17) of housing (5) by means of stabilising elements (25).

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of rigid and long-life connection of the shutoff element to the threaded insert and avoiding additional connecting elements.
