FIELD: radio engineering, communications.
SUBSTANCE: between a source of a high-frequency signal and a load they connect a matching device, made of a quadripole, parameters of which are selected to provide the minimum of the reflected signal, at the same time the quadripole is made as complex from reactive and resistive elements, a triple non-linear element is introduced, and connected between the output of the complex quadripole and the load according to the scheme with common one of three electrodes, a source of a high-frequency signal is connected to the input of the complex quadripole, the non-linear element is connected to the source of a low-frequency control signal. Dependence of the element z11 of complex quadripole resistance matrix on frequency is chosen using a mathematical expression.
EFFECT: expansion of the fields of physical performability of areas of changes of true and false components of signal source and load resistances, within which serially in the specified quantity of frequencies they provide for full matching of complex resistances of a signal source and a load.
