SUBSTANCE: method of frequency-modulated signals amplifying and demodulating is characterised by that four-terminal element is resistive, external feedback circuit used is arbitrary complex four-terminal element connected in series to three polar nonlinear element, three polar nonlinear element and feedback circuit include as integral unit a cascade between source of signal with complex resistance and input of resistive four-terminal element.
EFFECT: possibility of high-frequency signal amplification and frequency demodulation with increased linear section of the frequency demodulation characteristics and increased dynamic range at arbitrary characteristics of the nonlinear element, external feedback circuit and parameters of resistive four-terminal element.
