FIELD: wireless communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication. Method of frequency-modulated signals amplifying and demodulating is characterised by that four-terminal element is resistive, external feedback circuit used is arbitrary complex four-terminal element connected in series to three polar nonlinear element, which with feedback circuit include as integral unit a cascade between source of signal with complex resistance and input of resistive four-terminal element, between output of four-terminal element and low-pass filter includes high-frequency load in form of a bi-pole with complex resistance.
EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of amplification and frequency demodulation with increased linear section of the frequency demodulation characteristics and increased dynamic range at arbitrary characteristics of the nonlinear element, external feedback circuit, load and parameters of resistive four-terminal element.
