FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology and agricultural production, in particular, to mushroom production. The method comprises preparing the seeding material on the agar nutrient medium in the presence of a growth stimulator, which is used as a selective light with wavelength of 620-680 nm, the intensity of 0.88-1.77 W/m2 for 60-90 minutes at a temperature of 22-26°C, for 25-30 days.
EFFECT: method enables to accelerate the production of mycelium without damaging it at a stage of overgrowth of lower fungi, as well as to increase the air-dry mass of mycelium without chemical additives and to grow environmentally friendly product.
