FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to biotechnology and agricultural production. Method involves preparation of mycelial biomass on a nutrient medium with addition of beer production wastes - grain beer grains, mycelial biomass seeding on agarised nutrient medium. Mycelial biomass is prepared by surface cultivation. Base of the nutrient medium is represented by agar-agar enriched with fresh grain beer grains and mineral additives containing calcium ions. Nutrient medium composition contains 20 g of agar-agar and 100 g of fresh grain beer grains with a mineral additive of 2.4 g containing calcium ions per 1 l of water.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of environmentally safe seeding mycelium.
