SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for changing air conditions, specifically, to meteorological rockets for dispersing of aerosol in clouds. The rocket comprises a head part closed by fairing, a channel stick of a pyrotechnic charge of active smoke, a radiation fulminating detonator, gas distribution grids, ribbon explosive charges of self-destruction mechanism, two-section solid fuel jet engine with the ignition charge, a receiver, a nozzle unit with electro-incendiary sleeve, aerodynamic blades and smoke-outlets. The channel stick of a charge is connected to the smoke-outlets. The radiation fulminating detonator interacts with the distribution ribbon charges. The ignition charge of the engine through the receiver communicates with the central electro-incendiary sleeve of the nozzle unit. The central electro-incendiary sleeve of the nozzle unit comprises aerodynamic blades on the sidewall. Two rows of smoke-outlets are made in the head part. The gas distribution grids are coaxially mounted to the outlets between the separate parts of the channel stick and between the upper of them and the additional monolithic charge of active smoke. The radiation fulminating detonator is covered with a shielding cap. A cross ribbon charge is adjacent to the cap from inside. The longitudinal ribbon charges are fixed on the housing by the sidewall pressing to the blades. Each of the charges of active smoke on the generating cylindrical surfaces is armored with coating of heat-resistant asbestos. In the fairing a bulk metallic material is placed.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of aerosol dispersion in clouds is achieved.
