SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical and orthopaedic dentistry, in particular to implantology, namely to devices for installation of dental prosthesis on place of lost tooth, more precisely to dental implants. A set of implants for dental implant implantation comprises a base portion of the implant, an abutment and a connecting screw. Set contains along with abutments connecting screws made stepped so that area of rod with reduced diameter is zone from thread of rod to upper part of abutment support thread, and the diameter of the pin is less than the internal diameter of the abutment support thread, with the screw pitch corresponding to the abutment dimensions for implantation of the prosthesis in the patients with high, medium and low gingival height, distance from the screw head to the beginning of the lower part of the rod is less than the distance along the axis from the screw head to the abutment support thread by 0.2–0.3 mm.

EFFECT: invention allows correcting the implant elements depending on the operation peculiarities on the specific patient taking into account the gingival height.
