SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry; it is intended for use in dental implantation. A tooth implant is used to be inserted into patient’s bone tissue, containing a central part with an apical end, a coronal end, and an outer surface passing along a longitudinal direction between the specified apical and the specified coronal end, and at least one thread located on at least a threaded part of the specified outer surface and passing outwards from the specified central part. An instrument for insertion of a tooth implant into patient’s bone tissue is used for insertion of the tooth implant into patient’s bone tissue. Combinations of such an implant and such an insertion instrument are used.

EFFECT: inventions provide reliable and precise placement and engagement in jaw or bone tissue of an implant with a wide range of thread profile angles, as well as control, whether an insertion instrument and a tooth implant are correctly attached to each other, providing reliable insertion, while minimizing the risk of damage or destruction of the implant.
