SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to sports medicine, and may be used for the correction of the thyroid status and health of high-proficiency sportsmen, disturbed by intense cyclic physical activity; the method involves taking only two drugs "Selenium-active" in a dose of 1 tablet and "Ribose" in a dose of 0.25 g/kg of body weight in the period of intense physical activity. Daily, twice a day: before the first training session and before the second training session. The invention allows regulating the production of thyroid hormones by activation of the antioxidant system function and inhibition of the free radical processes.
EFFECT: recovered health in sportsmen.
