FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanisms for adjustment of seat back position relative to seat pad. Proposed regulator comprises first element retained to turn relative to second element, locking lever arranged to displace between said first and second elements, and one disc element. Locking lever serves to lock relative positions of said first and second elements. Disc element is located between locking lever and cam. Said cam actuates locking lever for locking or unlocking said first and second elements. In compliance with the first version, said cam shifted in unlocking position gets in contact with locking element surface to make locking lever shift, hence, to allow said disc element to in radius inward. In compliance with the second version, surface of contact with said cam has section of delay and ledge. Cam gets in contact with the thrust of one locking lever to make it shift while rotary element shifts in radius inward. In compliance with the third version, disc is fitted in the grove of guide located between first and second elements to displace between cam and pawl so that pawl free motion is eliminated.
