FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing materials based on the composite oxide Y(BaxBe1-x)2Cu3O7-δ, with a wide range of electrical properties from high-temperature superconductors to semiconductors, which can be used in microelectronics, electrical engineering, power engineering, for example for making films by coating and cathode sputtering of targets made of said material, second generation current conductors, thermistors. The method involves preparing mixtures of nitrates of yttrium, barium, beryllium and copper, which provide the corresponding stoichiometric compositions, with glycine, heat treatment of said mixture at temperature of 500°C, where the burning process facilitates synthesis and loosening of the obtained end product: nanopowder with particle size of 20-50 nm. The synthesised powder is heat treated at temperature of 500-900°C, resulting in recrystallisation thereof to particle size ranging from 20 nm to 10 mcm.
EFFECT: providing uniform distribution of material on the composition, which reduces the effect of nonhomogeneous deformation of a sample during sintering and achieving a wide range of electrical properties of the composite oxide Y(BaxBe1-x)2Cu3O7-δ, and obtaining dense ceramic raw material and coating layers.
