FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to versions of a method of producing a fluorine-substituted ether of high purity, which can be used as an electrolyte in cells, a solvent for polymers and detergents used for semiconductors. One version of the method involves countercurrent partitioning of a raw solution of a fluorine-substituted ether which contains a fluorine-containing alkyl alcohol as an impurity using water. Another version of the method involves distillation of a fluorine-substituted ether obtained by countercurrent partitioning using water, and a third version of the method involves bringing moisture content to 50 ppm or less in the fluorine-substituted ether, which is obtained by countercurrent partitioning using water and distillation.
EFFECT: high efficiency.
