FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: regulator includes a supply pipeline connected via a channel through a gas flow regulating station to a temperature separation device representing a corrugated tube, the corrugations of which are made along a screw line, which is made in the form of a flattened cone, and through a diaphragm to a discharge pipeline connected to a pilot device. At that, positive feedback is provided via hot circuit with the channel between the pipeline and a temperature separation cylinder that includes a cross-piece with shaped blades smoothly straightening gas flow and a device for bypass of hot gas after the cross-piece to the centre of cold vortex on the cylinder axis. The inlet flow regulating station includes two and more round nozzles uniformly located in a circumferential direction with rings installed in them, with variable wall stiffness, elliptical cross section, varying flow cross-section, and made from elastic material. On the temperature separation device end there installed is a head with ribs made in the form of a screw, which contains in walls hot gas bypass channels connected to ribbed tubes spirally located in the channel about the temperature separation cylinder to provide the outlet of bypassed portion of hot gas from spiral tubes through holes made in the regulator housing to a gas ejector, the outlet of which is connected to the discharge pipeline. The head is rigidly attached to the stock that moves along the temperature separation cylinder axis and allows the change of its length. The outlet flow regulating station represents an elastic pipe installed at the temperature separation cylinder outlet in the path of the discharge pipeline and being at regulated pressure, which allows changing the flow cross section of the diaphragm.
EFFECT: improving operating characteristics of the regulator.
