FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: vortex gas pressure regulator contains a housing with inlet and outlet nozzles, a vortex chamber coaxially installed with outlet nozzles, an energy separation chamber provided with fins on the outside, a twisting device. At the inlet of the twisting device regulator is installed with the possibility of overlapping its cross section. Energy separation chamber is coaxially connected to a branch pipe for the preheating of the preheated stream, provided with a regulating cone disposed therein, configured to reciprocate along the axis of the branch pipe. Vortex chamber is located inside the jacket of a cylindrical shape, the cavity of which is communicated with the outgoing branch pipe of the cooled flow and the branch pipe of the heated flow outlet. Body of the vortex chamber is provided with an annular channel for heating the diaphragm, connected by a tube to the outgoing branch pipe of the heated stream. Outlet of the heating channel is located in the chilled flow chamber. Regulator of the exit section of the twisting device is made in the form of a control wedge, equipped with an electric drive.

EFFECT: it is ensured that hydrate formation problems are eliminated during throttling by removing excess heat from the finned wall of the energy separation chamber and then mixing the cold and hot streams.
