FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to steel teeming ladle lining. Proposed method comprises making lining working layer thickening in ladle height toward the bottom. Thickened working layer of bottom part features height making 0.2-0.5 of ladle volume inner height and thickness making 1.4 of working layer thickness. Thickened working layer of medium part features height making 0.15-0.3 of ladle volume inner height and thickness making 1.25 of working layer thickness. Fire-bricks of ladle wall top section working layer are placed on their ends to ladle bottom and on their edges to lining reinforcement layer. Fire-bricks of ladle wall medium and bottom section working layers are placed on spacers relative to ladle bottom while fire-bricks of ladle wall bottom section working layers are placed on their edges to ladle bottom and spacers to ladle wall.
EFFECT: higher durability of ladle lining.
