SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hair removal devices such as a safety razor, ensuring delivery of liquid onto the user's skin during usage. The device contains a handle, a compressible reservoir to accommodate the liquid to be delivered from the device during its usage, a container including the said reservoir with an outlet channel insuring egress of the liquid from the reservoir and the container. The device additionally contains a hole enabling air ingress to and egress from the said container and a suction device for the liquid suction from the reservoir through the said outlet hole. The container may be rigid or rigid deformable.

EFFECT: device design ensured liquid delivery without contacting the environment, the delivery mechanism ensuring most complete usage of the liquid during shaving.
