SUBSTANCE: powder for a sports pistol cartridge contains nitrocellulose, octogene, diphenylamine, technical carbon and graphite, ethyl acetate and moisture, at the same time nitrocellulose it contains is the mixture of nitrocellulose with content of nitrogen oxide 213.0…214.0 ml of NO/g and nitrocellulose with nitrogen oxide content of 209.0…210.5 ml of NO/g at the ratio of 1:1.
EFFECT: availability of a nitrocellulose mixture and octogene powder within powder provides for increased initial speed of bullet flight in a 9 mm cartridge with preservation of specified pressures of powder gases in a channel of a gun barrel.
