SUBSTANCE: charge for a pistol 9x19 mm cartridge with a lightweight bullet with a steel core is composed of spherical powder particles. The charge is placed in the encapsulated sleeve. The thickness of the burning dome of the charge powder elements is 0.16-0.21 mm at a ratio of the diameter of the grains of powder elements to their thickness is from 3.5 to 5.0 and a bulk density of 0.850-0.950 kg/dm3, with the following ratio of fractions, %: 0.2-0.5 mm - not less than 90; less than 0.2 mm and more than 0.5 mm - not more than 10.
EFFECT: increase in the flying speed of a bullet.
