The charge is made with bulk density 0.580…0.980 kg/dm³ from particles including the mixture of nitrocellulose with nitrogen oxide content 213.0…214.0 ml NO/g and nitrocellulose with nitrogen oxide content 209.0…210.5 ml NO/g in ratio 1:1. The charge also includes 10.0…25.0 wt % of octogene, 0.4…1.0 wt % of diphenylamine, 0.3…0.8 wt % of technical carbon and graphite, 0.6…1.5 wt % of ethyl acetate, 0.2…0.8 wt % of moisture at the following mass ratio of particle fractions, %: 0.2…0.4 mm - not less than 80; less than 0.2 mm and more than 0.4 mm - not more than 20.
