FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: downhole pump suction valve comprises body with inlets, seat, shutoff member composed of elastic annular membrane abutting said seat and secured in said body by lock with stop. Sais elastic annular membrane represents a cylindrical sleeve with outer bulge. Valve inlets are furnished with filter. Valve seat is composed by the body inner annular groove. Valve body is provided with inner annular channel to communicate said inlets with seat. Aforesaid stop is composed of outer annular contraction of the lock. Note here that valve elements minimum IDs are larger than pump plunger OD.

EFFECT: higher reliability, simplified design, easier production and higher pump delivery ratio.
