FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to vertical plunger pumps, for transfer of highly viscous liquids containing mechanical impurities and gas, particularly to well sucker-rod pumps and can be used in oil industry. Pump comprises a housing with a vertical cylindrical through hole, in which a cylinder and a seat are spring-loaded relative to the housing and are installed with the possibility of the spring loaded relative to the housing. In the cylinder the hollow plunger is installed with a discharge valve placed in it, coaxially to the cylinder, with formation of the working and discharge chambers. Cylinder in lower part is equipped with narrowed neck. In the housing below the neck there is at least one through hole with the possibility to communicate the working cavity with the external medium. Cylinder is arranged to interact with neck and to communicate working cavity with outer medium. Housing thrust is made in the form of cylindrical collar. Housing is equipped with a fixed additional cylinder opposite to the seat relative to the seat to form a variable-volume chamber formed by cylinder side surfaces, the cylinder end face and the collar. Cylinder in housing is arranged to form slot seal between cylinders. In the housing below the collar there is at least one through side opening with the possibility to connect the chamber with external environment.
EFFECT: simplified design and increased reliability of operation.
