FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. A device comprises a body having a longitudinal axis and a front side with an opening or a blank opening, a movable front piston in the body specifying a front chamber between the front piston and the front side of the body, a movable back piston specifying a back chamber between the back piston and the front piston, a back bypass system to move a fluid from the back chamber into the front chamber and a front bypass system for delivering the fluid bypassing the front piston or through it to the opening. A partition is arranged to change a shape between at least two conditions. The first condition enables the forward movement of the front piston under the action of the back piston while maintaining the volume of the fluid in the back chamber. The second condition enables reduction in the volume of the back chamber combined with the movement of the fluid bypassing the front piston or through it and thereby allowing the use of the fluid initially provided in the back chamber for the dual purpose of mixing and rinsing. What is disclosed is a method for making a dual-chamber device.
EFFECT: provided exhaustive use of the pharmaceutical preparations.
