FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to membrane engineering and can be used in biotechnology, geology and analysis of various solutions. Membrane device comprises multistage membrane module. Stages of said module consist of top, mid and bottom discs and membranes arranged there between. It comprises also solution feed pipe and filtrate discharge pipe communicated via channels with stage inner chambers. Multichannel pump connected via pipes with pipes of module every stage, and seals. Module stages are secured together. Top disc bottom surface and bottom disc top surface have annular cutouts with cross-section shaped to rectangular trapezoid. Trapezoid lateral side is located on cutout inner side and features inclination of, at least, 45 degrees. Top surfaces of mid discs mates bottom disc top surface configuration. Mid disc bottom surface mates top disc bottom surface. Mid discs have overflow channels made at annular cutout bottom. Solution feed channels and filtrate discharge channels of every stage are located under membranes while filtrate discharge pipes are shifted in vertical by, at least, 30 degrees relative to each other.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability.
