FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transfer of powders by potential fluidisation. Proposed method consists in mounting, at least in fact horizontal conveyor, the so-called suction conveyor, between feed zone and delivery zone. Conveyor 3 comprises bottom channel 6 for gas circulation and top channel 7 for powder circulation. Note here that said channels are separated by porous gas-permeable wall 5. In compliance with this method, powder is fed into top channel while pressurised gas is fed into bottom channel to initiate potential fluidisation in said top channel equipped with, at least, one equaliser column 4.1, 4.2. First, maximum bubbling rate corresponding to maximum rarefaction is defined to adjust fluidisation pressure by magnitude whereat gas fluidisation pressure makes 0.8-1.5 at 0.9-1.3 of minimum bubbling rate.
EFFECT: decreased material segregation, optimised consumption of fluidised gas.
