FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: plant comprises a drilling mast tower, which carries a drilling rotary head moved upwards and downwards along the vertical line of the drilling rotary head, and the specified drilling mast tower during operation interacts with a row of operating devices, selected from the group including at least a container device for pipes, drilling bits and stabilisers, a device for gripping and loading of pipes, a device for gripping and loading of drilling bits and elements of stabilisers, an engine drive, an operator's control cabin. The drilling mast tower and all operating devices are installed in the working condition or on the ground moved elevated base, or on a marine platform floating on water surface.
EFFECT: safety in operation, high efficiency, optimal power consumption, effective and fast automated performance of operations with pipes, universality, both for drilling on sea or ground, ease of maintenance, effectiveness in operation, possibility to move quickly from one place to another one.
