FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: wind turbine plant comprises a stator 1 with upper and lower bases 2, 3, connected to each other by vertical guide blades 4, aligned inside. In the stator 1 there is a rotor 5, equipped with longitudinal blades 6. The rotor 5 is made in the form of a hollow cone narrowing upwards. Blades 6 of the rotor 5 are installed on its outer surface and are aligned at the angle to the axis of symmetry of the rotor 5. In the inner plane of the rotor 5 there are plate crosspieces installed, which connect the rotor 5 with upper and lower axles of rotation. The lower base 3 of the stator 1 is made to provide for the possibility of air ingress inside the rotor 5. The upper base 2 of the stator 1 has a conical part directed and narrowing towards the lower base 3, and has an axial hole, diameter of which is higher than the upper diameter of the rotor 5 cone, to form a circular gap between them. On the upper axle of the rotor 5, reaching inside the conical part of the upper base 2 of the stator 1, there is an additional hub 15 installed. The lower axle of the rotor 5 is installed on the lower base 3 of the stator 1. The upper axle is connected with the upper base 2 with the help of radial ribs installed inside the conical part of the upper base 2.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of a wind turbine plant.
