FIELD: wind turbines.

SUBSTANCE: wind turbine installation contains a rotor installed in a housing, which is mounted on a wind catcher and is connected to it. The rotor housing contains outlet pipes. The rotor blades are mounted on the centrifugal impeller from the inner surface of the housing and are directed along the chords of the rotor housing. The wind catcher blades have stiffening ribs. The wind catcher blades, vertically oriented and curved towards the wind flow, are offset relative to each other with sequential overlap to form a vertical air duct between them. On the inner sides of the vertical air duct, there are fixed shutters made of separate flaps, installed with the possibility of rotation relative to an axis deviating from the vertical in the direction of rotation of the rotor. The starting blades of the blades of the lower tier of the upper orthogonal rotor impeller are installed on the inner sides of these blades with the possibility of rotation relative to an axis deviating from the vertical in the direction of rotation of the rotor.

EFFECT: ensured operability and energy efficiency of the installation at any wind duration and speed.
