FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the wind power engineering. Wind-driven adjustable plant with vertical axis of rotation comprises guide vane and rotating working tool. Guide device consists of four stationary fixed flat blades located at right angle to working surfaces of blades, fixed between upper and lower square bases of guide vane, four flat rotary blades, four supports arranged at corners of guiding device, and cover with bearing. Rotating working device consists of eight blades with flat working surface, radial relative to rotation axis, and back side at angle of 45° to the working surface fixed between the upper and lower parts of the rotating working device, in the upper part of which there is a semi-axis in the bearing, in the lower part - a hole for attachment to the shaft of the mechanical energy consumer installed on the frame.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at obtaining a wide range of power at occupied small areas.
