FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: beet lifting pump comprises casing with pipes and impeller fitted in cantilever on the shaft. Coatings from resilient material is fitted on casing inner surface and surfaces of impeller. Impeller bent vane is made of composite material including tuber-fabric shell and collapsible carcass. The latter includes main part and tail part representing a stiff and a flexible components, respectively. Curvilinear grooves are made of said tail part rubber-fabric shell surface coated with resilient material. Impeller shaft is equipped with drive furnished with rpm controller connected with pressure controller connected, in its turn, with pressure gage arranged in pressure branch pipe. Pressure controller incorporates interconnected comparator and setting device, electronic and magnetic amplifiers, and nonlinear feedback unit. RPM controller is composed of the unit of powder electromagnetic couplings.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption thanks to maintenance of normalised drag in pressure branch pipe and elimination of dirt sticking.
