FIELD: pumps building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pump engineering and can be used in sugar industry. Beet pump comprises casing with suction and discharge branch pipes and impeller installed on shaft. Surfaces of the housing and the wheel have coatings from elastic material. Curved blade of wheel is made of composite material, which includes rubber-fabric shell uniformly distributed throughout volume of assembled frame with shank of flexible structure. On internal surface of the delivery branch pipe there are curvilinear grooves, the tangent of which has direction along clockwise direction, and tangent of curvilinear grooves converging to the blade output on shank – against the clockwise movement. Shaft is equipped with a drive with a rotation speed regulator in the form of a unit of powder electromagnetic couplings which is connected to a pressure regulator connected to a pressure sensor located in the delivery pipe. Pressure controller incorporates interconnected comparator and setting device, electronic and magnetic amplifiers, and nonlinear feedback unit. Suction pipe is made of bimetal. Bimetal material on the moving beet transporting side has a heat conductivity coefficient of 2.0–2.5 times higher than that of the material on the ambient air side.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at eliminating sticking of air-vapor bubbles on the inner surface of the suction pipe and eliminating corrosion and cavitation action on it, reducing power consumption by maintaining normalized repair time.
