FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: method is realised by installation of a segnetoelectric capacitor on the way of the thermal flow, depolarising pulses of electric voltage are sent to capacitor liners. Then the speed of voltage change is measured during capacitor discharge, and the thermal flow is determined by calibration dependence of voltage and thermal flow variation speed.

EFFECT: improved accuracy of measurement of changing and permanent thermal flows.
