FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: parameter of sensitive member is measured under effect of tested pulse. Amplitude of the pulse is defined from experimental dependence achieved before between parameters of the pulse and sensitive member. Tested pulse acts simultaneously on N ≥ 2 segnetoelectric sensitive members made of the same ferroelectric which has polarization switch current. Partial or total switch of polarization is caused in the sensitive elements at different values E_j= V_o· μ-j

Duration of tested current pulse ΔP = f(t/τ) is determined relatively time of total switch of ferroelectric T_о according to values τ_j measured from the first experimental dependence E_j at field strengths E. Amplitude τ = ϕ(E) and duration η_j of tested pulse are determined from the second experimental dependence μ_j according to values V_o achieved and known values T_o.
