FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: data base proceeding from 7 peripheral blood parameters, 11 blood chemistry parameters and 6 parameters of 12-channel electrocardiogram in 200 patients with myocardial Q-infarction and 200 patients with unstable angina at the moment of admission to hospital is created. Further, the parameters are stratified by 7 intervals which incorporate the relation of the number of patients with developing myocardial infarction to the number of patients with acute coronary syndrome; the values related to a risk of developing myocardial infarction are found. The risk of myocardial infarction in a specific patient is determined by examining the above parameters, searching the corresponding interval and value related to the risk of myocardial infarction in the database. Summing these values enables calculating the integral which is normalised and reduced to a size of 0 to 100%.

EFFECT: invention allows evaluating the risk of myocardial infarction in each specific patient with acute coronary syndrome, which facilitates the integrated assessment of laboratory findings; it is adapted to the regional conditions.
