METHOD FOR ASSESSING SEVERITY OF MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION TAKING INTO ACCOUNT POSSIBILITY OF INFORMATION ACCUMULATION AND MODERNIZATION Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC A61B5/24 G01N33/49 G01N33/66 G01N33/68 G01N33/70 G01N33/92

Abstract RU 2832378 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology, and can be used to assess the intensity of myocardial infarction (MI) taking into account the possibility of information accumulation and modernization. For this purpose, an initial standard is created, in which 3 parameters of peripheral blood are examined at the moment of admission: level of hemoglobin, content of leukocytes and ESR, 3 parameters of biochemical analysis of blood: activity of AST and ALT and content of total cholesterol and 3 parameters of 12-channel electrocardiogram: duration of intervals PQ and QT and complex QRS in 100 patients with Q-myocardial infarction and 100 patients with unstable angina (NS). In a specific patient, using an initial standard, an index of the severity of MI is calculated. Increase in the above value of more than 0 is considered to be a sign of the severity of myocardial infarction, regardless of the localization of myocardial infarction, the presence of comorbidity and residual changes after the suffered cardiac pathology. Value of the MI severity index equal to 0, or negative values are considered to be indicative of the absence of myocardial infarction. and independently, and to control the result of the initial standard. To form an extended reference, in addition to above 9 parameters, lymphocyte capillary blood, blood creatinine and glucose are analyzed.

EFFECT: method enables assessing the severity of myocardial infarction by a simplified procedure, regardless of the comorbidity and with the possibility of modernization, including when information is received, due to the formation of the initial standard by 9 declared parameters of clinical, biochemical blood tests and ECG with the possibility of using extended and special standards.
