FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multistructured ready for consumption grain flakes with rice granules immersed into them and their manufacture method. The multistructured ready for consumption grain flakes preparation method involves moulding rice flour granules having the first moisture content, moulding a thermally treated cereal grain mixture with the second moisture content that is more than the first moisture content of the rice granules, the rice granules immersion into the thermally treated cereal grain mixture for a multicomponent mixture production, moulding the multicomponent mixture flakes and flakes heating for production of multistructured flakes where rice granules are expanded whereby multistructured flakes surface acquires a swollen appearance. The multistructured ready for consumption grain flakes include rice flour granules having the first moisture content before heating and thermally treated cereal grains having the second moisture content that is higher than the first moisture content of the rice granules before heating. The rice granules are immersed into thermally treated cereal grains before heating. The rice granules are expanded during heating whereby the multistructured flakes surface acquires a swollen appearance.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture multistructured flakes the surface whereof acquires a swollen appearance.
