In different versions of realisation product from supporting material can include means of fixation, which can be put into interaction with parts of working organ for carrying out fixation of product from supporting material with possibility of defixation, at least, to part of working organ. Working organ can include means intended for adhesion with parts of product from supporting material for fixation of product from supporting material with possibility of defixation to working organ. At least, in one version of realisation fixation to working organ can be carried out with possibility of defixiation of more than one product from supporting material.

EFFECT: product from supporting material and working organ of surgical instrument include means, which can assist surgeon in fast and proper fixation of product from supporting material to working organ.
