FIELD: sealing devices. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stoppers for bottles with precious liquid designed for prevention of repeated filling in and indicating first opening of bottle. Proposed protective plug has decorative case with tear off element, locking bushing and pour out device. The latter is made in form of drain bushing with ring projection and thread on which cap with nozzle for draining the liquid and splines on outer surface is installed. Tear off element is found on end face part of decorative case. Locking bushing provided with splines on inner surface is installed in decorative case for turning together with case relative to drain bushing and engaging through splines with splines of cap to provide axial displacement of cap and tearing off tear off element by cap nozzle.
