FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and is intended for taking off and putting on cap of disposable syringe needle. In order to protect hand against prick with needle holder of cap of disposable syringe needle consists of two pivotally or spring fastened halves, which have conic in compressed state cavity and have two shields in form of cylindrical surface. Halves can be spring-loaded in direction of opening and can have limiter of opening. To make setting cap into hole faster and more comfortable it has conic part, funnel-shaped in open state. Shield can have square or rectangular shape.
EFFECT: improvement of construction.
