FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: desoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is extracted from salmon roe. Used raw materials are defrosted and ground. They are treated with aqueous solution of tripsin for 3 hours at 45°C with the following content of components (wt %): salmon roe - 40.0, tripsin - 0.02-0.22, water - balance. The produced hydrolysate is centrifuged and filtered via belting cloth. Lyophilic or spray drying is carried out. Yield of finished products from salmon roe makes 10.0-18.0% of the quantity of initial raw materials with DNA content in the target product equal to at least 62 - 65%.
EFFECT: increased yield of produced DNA.
