FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: subscriber input of a heat supply system of a building includes supply and return pipelines, an elevator, gate valves located before and after the elevator, and heating devices. The elevator is installed on the supply pipeline and equipped with an air temperature control and a water temperature control. Air and water temperature controls contain interconnected comparison units, buildings, non-linear feedback units, electronic and magnetic amplifiers connected to a rotation speed control in the form of a unit of powder electromagnetic couplings of the gate valve electric drive.
EFFECT: reduction of power consumption for operation of the heat supply system of the building owing to using heat potential of hot water in the supply pipeline by its being supplied with a thermoelectric generator made in the form of a housing with a pass for hot water of heat supply network, in which there arranged are hot ends of a set of differential thermocouples, and their cold ends are located on outside surface of the housing far from the pass, which allows receiving the power for electronic circuits of automated monitoring.
