SUBSTANCE: device for capture of fuel elements is made so that it can be pushed when it is in horizontal position and can be detached from the loading and unloading system in case of failure. Detachment allows releasing the load created with fuel elements and the holder that captures them, and moving it to a safe place. The invention also refers to the loading and unloading system, movement method of fuel elements in case of failure, as well as the corresponding clip for capture.
EFFECT: increasing safety of transhipment operations with nuclear fuel.
