SUBSTANCE: method includes verification, using user equipment, of the fact whether one or more rules are satisfied, being related to the process of reports transfer on indices of quality of experience, which are related to a multimedia telephone call; generation of a report by user equipment on indices of quality of experience according to configuration information related to the process of transfer of reports on indices of quality of experience, if rules related to the process of transfer of reports on indices of quality of experience are satisfied; and transfer of a report on indices of quality of experience in accordance with the configuration information to a server arranged outside the data transfer channels that connect user equipment at least with other user equipment that participates in the session of a multimedia telephone service.
